Please note that all comics, cartoons, artwork, or other content found on this website (unless specified otherwise) are copyrighted material and may not be used without expressed permission.

Do not upload any comics, cartoons, or artwork to any other websites (for example Facebook, Flickr, MySpace, etc.)

Do not hotlink to any of the images unless specified otherwise or granted explicit permission by me.

If you own or run a non-profit or (personal blog or website) you may use the asciiville comics under the following conditions.

Note: If your website, blog, etc. runs ads, you do not qualify.
The cartoon or comic must have been posted on this website for at least 30 days on asciiville.com. (The publishing date for the comics and cartoons is specified near the upper left corner of the page.)

The cartoon or comic must be used unaltered. That is no "derivative" works. Rescaling of the image is fine when needed to conform to page layout constraints.

You must link back to asciiville.com using the permalink of the comic or cartoon. For example: the permalink for the asciiville Spot cartoon is http://asciiville.com/webcomic/spot.

No more than one comic, cartoon, or artwork may be posted in any 30-day period.
